Consistent quality over time
This was my fifth or sixth time ordering from here, usually some Vin de Bordeaux. This time I picked up a couple of bottles of Vin Rouge de Garde. As usual, the order process was straightforward. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me on the East Coast, which is pretty standard for them, a little slow but reliable. The bottles were packed safely, just like all my previous orders. I've never had an issue with damaged goods. The quality of the wine is always consistent with the descriptions on the site. That's why I keep coming back.
Good selection, slow delivery
I ordered a few bottles of Vin de Bourgogne, specifically some Gevrey-Chambertin, for a special dinner. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and finding what I wanted wasn't a problem. Checkout was smooth. They estimated delivery in about 5-7 business days, but it took closer to 10 days to reach me in Arizona. The packaging was very secure, though; all bottles arrived intact and well-protected. The wine itself was exactly as described, very good quality for the price.
